    • Proven experience testing GenAI / LLM-based applications in production environments.

    • Deep understanding of non-deterministic systems and probabilistic output validation.

    • Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval quality testing.

    • Familiarity with LLMOps / MLOps tools, model monitoring, and evaluation pipelines.

    • Experience testing multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks.

    • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and quality governance.

    • 18+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Delivery, Program Management, or Enterprise Consulting for large-scale enterprise clients.

    • Proven track record of owning and growing large strategic accounts with complex, multi-program delivery models.

    • Strong expertise in CXO stakeholder management, executive escalation handling, and enterprise governance frameworks.

    • Hands-on experience overseeing Agile / Scrum delivery models and large, cross-functional engineering teams.

    • Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, and commercial negotiations.

    • Experience delivering custom AI, digital, cloud, and platform-based solutions for enterprise clients.

    • Familiarity with delivery management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, dashboards) for executive oversight and governance.
